Aim:To test a sample of food to determine whether it contains simple sugars. Testing foods simple complex protein.

Equipment: Bunsen Burner, Test Tube Tong, Benedict's Solutions, A Sample Of Food.

Method:

Milk is not complex.

Protein:
Potato: neg
Apple: neg
Milk: Positive
Egg: Positive
Bread; Neg
Sugar: Neg

Complex Sugar
Simple Sugar

So my conclusion is. I am so surprised that potato didn't have protein. Because obviously milk and egg have protein in it.
